STRIKE MAGAZINE GNV

At the University of Florida, I play a pivotal role as the Public Relations Director for Strike Magazine Gainesville, the nation's largest student-run fashion magazine. This position is more than a responsibility; it's my passion project. In addition to orchestrating internal socials, leading staff professional development workshops to connect with influential figures in the fashion industry, and curating a weekly newsletter, I take the lead in planning the launch party for each issue of the magazine. Furthermore, I contribute to the visual appeal of our events by personally creating all the graphic designs, ensuring a cohesive and engaging atmosphere, as showcased below.

DELTA PHI EPSILON

As the Instagram and Graphics Chair for my sorority, I played a multifaceted role. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, I crafted graphics for Instagram, updated blog posts, and managed the website regularly. Serving as the Instagram Story Chair, I curated engaging content, including birthdays, sister spotlights, and philanthropy updates. Additionally, as the Merchandise Chair, I designed and ordered merchandise for various sorority events and fundraisers. These responsibilities allowed me to blend creativity and organization, contributing to the dynamic and engaging online presence of our sorority.

DANCE MARATHON AT THE UNIVERSITY OF FLORIDA

Dance Marathon at the University of Florida is a yearlong philanthropic initiative that benefits the patients of UF Health Shands Children's Hospital in Gainesville, Florida. The highlight of this effort is the annual 26.2-hour event, during which students stay awake and on their feet, raising funds and awareness for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. As the Design and Technology Captain, I played a vital role in shaping the visual identity of Dance Marathon at UF, creating various designs for merchandise, social media graphics, newsletters, and calendars.
